Hi everyone! I am running the Norfolk Corporate 5K on June 18, 2025.

Support me (and my race) by donating to my fundraiser which benefits Animal Rahat.

Animal Rahat aims to help some of the most neglected animals in the world—the bullocks, donkeys, and other working animals of India.

Animal Rahat is located in India and operates three animal sanctuaries Their teams respond to animal emergencies throughout Maharashtra and sometimes even in neighboring states and can often be found helping animals at brick kilns and sugar factories as well as at fairs and festivals in the region.
